Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths
S.T.E.M has arrived at Ballam Park. S.T.E.M is an exciting, hands on program that combines Science, Technology, Maths and Engineering. Each week classes have an hour S.T.E.M class in our large, bright S.T.E.M room. Students are given the chance to learn, explore, experiment, research, play and of course, have fun!
The four Science areas are covered – Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Space and Physics. The components of Technology are also covered – Engineering Principles and Systems, Food and Fibre Production, Food Specialisations and Materials and Technologies Specialisations. All are combined to produce an empowering, innovative and exciting program for all our Ballam Park students.
